Just a note indicating that registration is now closed. I expect a few more vendors to be added this week but for all purposes things are closed

I know I have a few change requests that came in prior to April 16th and I'll be working on those today and tomorrow to get those changes in place. Once I have the change completed you will receive a email confirmation of the change.

A couple of additional notes:

1. With registration closed we are no longer accepting any new changes to your registrations, dinner additions, etc.
2. Since registration items have been ordered no registration refunds are being processed.
3. If you can not attend the event but registered you can either have someone pick up your registration at the event or we will contact you after the event to arrange shipping of your registration package.
4. If you sell/trade/etc your Welcome Dinner tickets please private message Snooter of the change. He needs to know who it is being transferred from/to.
5. If you sell/trade/etc your BBQ/Banquet/Dinner at the Grill tickets please indicate the original purchasers name at the dinner check-in.

I am looking for two dinner tickets for Friday night at Rocky Top BBQ and two dinner tickets for Saturday night Dinner at the Grill. My son has had decided to join us and I would like him to join us at dinner.

I have two ticket for the BBQ, we can't make dragon.

 

I have two tickets for the welcome dinner, 2 tickets to the banquet dinner and a room at Fontana Village 5/3 - 5/6. My car was hit the week before last and I'm not ready to test the repairs just yet. :(

I have one $25 banquet ticket I am willing to trade for a dinner at the grill ticket and $12.50. I have one person interested in this, but he is looking for two banquets, not just one, so my deal with him might not happen.
