Turbo kit install?!?!

Hey yall need some information.... Im about to purchase a turbo kit. Intake. And header. I currently reside in Newport, Rhode Island and im looking for a good place to do the install close ish to me as well as chip and tune. I have an 09 mini cooper clubman. Please help
