I would just get CHF 11s, I dont see the type of fluid and flow rate of the oil. But it looks to be for stock ( most cars ) power steering fluid, not for MINI CHF 11s. You dont want to damage the pump or anything else.
All I use is CHF 11s .

Use the right stuff unless in an emergency. Most auto stores sell it locally if you are in a rush.

Generally speaking, mineral oil (CHF 11S) is not compatible with power steering fluid. The 11S is a synthetic, replaced the old 7.1 that many older cars used, particularly, Audi and some newer Jags. 11S is generally compatible for cars that required the older mineral oil, but not the other way around (I am assuming for heat purposes, in an emergency, I suspect it would be OK).

The European spec power steering fluid that you can get from your local parts store says it's compatible with the 11s fluid that's recommended for our cars. Here is one example:
http://prestone.com/enmx/node/1102
The ac delco you are using doesn't say it's for European cars so I wouldn't use it. Sure it will work, but you really don't want to wreck your power steering rack with incompatible fluids.

No.
You can get the correct fluid at most autoparts stores....it is sometimes behind the counter...
NAPA usually has it too.
Dealers sell it...including SOME/MOST VW and Mercedes dealers if you are desperate and a MINIdealer is too far. Use the wrong fluid, and you might be needing to buy a new steering rack....the seals usually start too leak when the wrong stuff is used.
So congratulations!!
Sounds like you used the wrong stuff...nothing bad has happened so far, except you voided your extended warranty on the PS pump. Hopefully your PS rack doesn't start too leak...folks often reports leaks after using the wrong fluid.
Lots of risk to save $10. Risking $2000 in repairs. Ouch. Math doesn't seem too work.

You didn't ask if someone else used the fluid, you asked if it was okay to use. Why would you ask if it is okay to use if you've already been using it for 2 years and you don't think it causes problems? Seems like you already have your mind made up.
Don't use it. Use the CHF 11S.

The ps fluid that comes with your Mini is a completely different kind of blend from the ac delco. The Ac delco is a light bodied mineral oil, the other is a synthetic. The manufacturer specifically says to NOT mix them!
If you read this chart you should see the difference. One is designed for an electro-hydraulic pump, the ac delco for a standard gm pump.
