"Next to godliness..." After cleaning everything with Purple Power and a power washer I blew it dry, then sprayed all steel parts and bearings with WD40. I did check the side clearance of the bearings. I couldn't get a good measurement with the dial indicator but could not get any perceivable side movement with my hand. I lubed the bearings with Lucas Oil Red & Tacky. It's synthetic NLGI #2 good for up to 450 deg.
