WTB: Classic Mini
WTB: Classic Mini
I'm looking to buy a classic Mini, pre-2000 model (any year) in decent running and aesthetic shape. I'm looking to spend between $5-10k, and if you're a distance away the car will need to be freighted. I will take care of freight costs obviously, it just needs to be an option. I'm not particular about colors, just that it's of the classic body type (i.e. not a Countryman, Clubman, etc.).
If you have anything to offer, please contact me at 479-477-0434 or e-mail info@rivervalleyexotics.com. Thanks!

For sure you should visit Mini Mania as we have both a large number of private parties selling their cars as well as a number of dealers! Mini Coopers for sale

Huge thanks to Don for the heads up on the classifieds at Mini Mania. We're headed to Kansas City this weekend to pick up a 1980 Mini 1000 thanks to an ad I found on there. I'm kind of nervous as we've opted to drive it back rather than having it shipped, so keep your fingers crossed for me that the trip goes well! The car only has 29k original miles and was imported from England last year. It had spent all it's life with an elderly woman in or around Essex. Now comes the fun part - painting, double checking to make sure everything works, learning to use a RHD, etc.etc.etc.!
Tall Mini, thanks for the tip off anyway!

The KC Mini club is getting together on Saturday--you're welcome to join us if you'll be here around lunch time!
Wow, good timing eh? Could I get some info as to where the meeting will be? We're probably going to leave here around 4 or 5 am so we can get there before too late. I'm not sure we'd be able to make a true mid-day event, but you never know.
