Group Buy - F56 Airtec Intercooler ("JCW" and "S" models)

Hey guys, we are getting a lot of inquiries from customers who are looking to upgrading their intercoolers. We were really impressed with the Airtec when we were doing development tunes with 1320MINI in the UK.

Interested members please PM me with your requirements (which model and what color combo):
  1. Year and Model of MINI:
  2. Intercooler finish:
  3. Airtec Logo?
F56 "S" Intercooler:

http://www.airtec-cooling.co.uk/prod...turbo-powered/

Link to F56 JCW Intercooler (just released):
https://autospecialists.co.uk/AIRTEC...duct-3036.html

We already have a few interested members, just need a couple more to get this going. Will confirm the pricing via PM.

I would be interested in this, but I am wondering how much better this product is compared to something that wouldn't have a huge international shipping bill...like one that could be bought in the states?

the MCS has smaller IN/Outlet than the JCW and another stepping to compensate the radiator height.

As all of the aftermarket solutions consider the A/C Condenser the whole issue is fixed, therefore no need, but i like the air vents, as the air flow is the major concern.

Interested. But what’s the discount for the group buy?
I thought Airtec was one of the cheapest on the market at £450 so like $560. Unless I’m looking at a different one.

If you exclude VAT (as the price on their website says it's included), the actual price shipped to US is GBP563/USD777 for JCW and GBP524/USD724 for S.

So can you definitively say what the differences are between the Cooper S and JCW intercoolers for the F-series? Is it possible for a Cooper S to install the JCW intercooler now if they're planning on upgrading to the JCW front bumper in the future?

The outlets are a different size on the JCW, so no you can't put it on an S.

Airtec coolers came in today. Going to slap labels on them and ship them out to remote customers tomorrow. Tracking info to follow.

Check out the size difference between the R56 and the F56 "S" Intercoolers
