Wheels didn't clear BBK!

I'm so upset right now...well not as much now. I just went and purchased some 5mm spacers. They barely fit now! By like a mil or so. I don't even think the 3mm's would work. I have 18x7 Exel TZ-10's +42 Now, I need to track down longer tuner style wheel studs that are 5mm longer. Boy, the Stoptech's look schweet. Any ideas?

I wouldn't drive with the stock length bolts and 5mm spacers. I don't think it's safe.

5mm spacers is fine with stock lugs, but thats as wide as i would go on stock lugbolts.

Sorry to rain.....but I almost bought into a similar situation. I have the JCW brakes and was trying to buy a certain 16" wheel/tire combo (I forget which) with 3ml clearance and Alex/TireRack pointed out that a small rock could cause major damage if caught in the gap! Just what I was told.

So, from what I can gather...I need: Tuner Style (thin) bolts. M12x1.5x35. Stockers are I guess 30mm.

So anyways...Thanks to Kalbone, he had some longer Gorilla brand bolts. Now, onto my next saga. 1-Can't get my rt front caliper bracket bolts loose. So I moved to the back. 2-I get the new ST rotor on and went to go change my SS brake lines and it turns out my buddy ordered the WRONG SET!!!!!
I am a feb 03 build and he got the ones for May 03-current!! DAMN!

This brake thing is starting to become a drag...I'm moving on to putting up the X-Mas tree and decorating the house.

just get some 7-8mm spacers with new lug bolts.

dremel the rear fender arch. done

if it was me, it would be an excuse to get some RGR's.

The only problems I have now are 1-I can't finish the right side, 2-I have the wrong brake lines. I solved the clearance issue.

They make 7-8mm spacers? I thought that was impossible due to the hub center's thickness? 10mm spacers are the next step from 5 as it has it's own hub center...

Your starting to confuse the crap out of me.... H&R does make an 8mm hubcentric ring for the mini. Then it goes to 10 then 15. I bought a 5mm. 5mm and less do not have the hubcentric capability.:impatient
