When should I rotae my tires?
Every 5k or so, take rears up to the fronts and cross the fronts to the rear.

Not sure if I understand whether by "crossing front to the rear" you mean to put the front tires on the same side rear or diagonally to the other side rear. Also, does this apply to assymetrical tires which I have?

I just passed 5k miles on my car and I've waited too long. With proper air pressures the entire time and dozens of fun-runs, the rear look like new while the front is quite worn out. These are with the Dunlop Runflats.

I use to be a mechanic, but still swear that its a very very good idea to rotate your tires to front to back on the same side of the car. I say this because you could get steel belt separation in the tire witch will nock out your balance. I rotated my tires the first time AND hand torque them at 2000 miles.
