Actually the ad says they are brand new, mounted for photo purposes only. I bought them, paid through paypal and received free shipping. I hope they are as advertised. It almost seems to be too good a deal to be true.
I comparison shopped them @ Tire Rack, and saved $471.00 1 dollar less than the price of tires alone @ T.R.
I await their arrival.
