I ran a search, and couldnt find anything

Does anyone know if stock lines will fit wilwood bbk? I seen that willwood lines are required (at 119 for fronts alone as far as i know, anyone know different on that), but didn know just how "required" they really were. A friend of mine wants wilwood, and we were going to get some stoptech or goodridge lines, but we dont know if those lines will fit the wilwood calipers, 119 for fronts alone seem like a rip of since you can buy fronts and rears for 119. Thanks for any help
