Maybe I'm missing something but I've seen Goodyear GSD3s that are "Made in China", "Made in Thailand" and "Made in Germany". None "Made in USA"! I'm using Dunlop Sport Maxx and they are "Made in Japan"!!! Go figure! (Awesome tires the Sport Maxx BTW!)

diffrence in spec
Goodyear has very good quality control across their global production facilities.
