Are these available in 4x100?

If so, Where?

www.bbs-usa.com

16x7 35ET 20.8ibs
17x7.5 35ET 22.6ibs

As usual, very aggressive offsets

www.gmpperformance.com real good prices, they can get it shipped direct from BBS NA to your place

Yes, and Tire Rack had them on close out for quite awhile. Personally I always thought they more belonged on a VW or Audi. The center cap is cheesy with the big plastic ring around the faux nut. For the MINI, IMO the best BBS bang for buck wheel is the RD. Tire Rack has them. 7x17 only weighs 20.3 lbs with an offset of +38. Pictures don't do these wheels justice, and they look great rolling too. Mega easy to clean also.

What is the net effect of extreme offsets ? What does this do to handling?

they definitely belong on VWs.....thats why they come stock on them

They look good on VW's but i have seen them on MINIs and it doesnt work so well.

EDIT: wow....i had no idea they were that expensive!! There are way better wheels offered for that price or even half that.

makes handling better....it widens your track. It is possible to be too wide, but the simple answer is that a wider track will help.

RCs are for older VWs, nowadays we prefer CHs, CKs, CVs, RG-Ts, you know

ok...so tell me if this sounds way too crazy...

sell my advans and my brembos, get stock brakes and maybe rial nogaro...

or keep the brembos, sell the advans, get a set of motegi traklite

I like my brembos, dont get me wrong, but I only have like certain choices that will fit without a giant spacer...
