Front brake cooling ducts?

Does any one make a kit to duct air onto the front brakes for cooling? If not, has anybody done this? Any recommendations?

Yea, ... don't buy those, as ducts in that location are not streetable and will eventually get ripped off or smashed up. Several of us here have made our own with good results. As was suggested, do a search and I'm sure you'll find some.

I am in agreement here. One local guy bought those and rippedone off in less than a week. Those are track only and you better stay on the track. I removed my fog lights and bought some generic brake ducts. I used soem 3 inch heather hose and stuck it thru a hole i cut in the inner fender well. It directs air towards the brake system. Its not enclosed which would be ideal but it has to be better than nothing I will be at AMVIV this weekend if anyone wants to see them.

I made my own, too, from the fog light housings... So far, they've worked very, VERY well in the Texas summer heat...

Yeah, they look great... but 235 GBP? No thanks... Mine cost $20, and if they work in 110 degree heat, everything's fine...

Don't get me worng I'll probably do something along the lines of what you and randy did, I'm just throwing out what some options are for those who wish to buy something desgined for the MINI and has the backing of a company, after all those CF ones cost a little more than this.
