Rear Brake bleeders

Hey guys,

I have to bleed the brakes on my 1974 mini cooper, but the only problem is the rear bleeders are extremly small and kinda rusted. I was wondering if you guys knew where i could purchase some incase they shatter while i try to bleed the brakes.

Thanks in advance

check with a local import parts specialist. unless you're in GB, then check witih a local parts specialist.
would really help if you listed a location
should be a pretty common part, though

Mini Mania perhaps, they deal heavily in the 'Classic Mini' where many here are working the new MINI. Feel free to pull up a chair and hang around however.

See if anyone makes the "speed bleeder" type in your size. They have a check valve in them so you can bleed the brakes alone: http://www.speedbleeder.com/size.htm

Hey guys,

thanks for the reply and the links guys. I'm kinda new to the whole restoring car bit, I'm only 18. the speed bleeders look intresting, I don't know if I would get them they seem a bit much for just bleeders.
