New wheels and realignment question

If I replaced 15" holies with Rota Slipstream 16x6.5 with 45 offset (stock geometry), do I have to get an alignment? I would like to be able to switch them back and forth.

no need for alignment unless you specifically get tramlining or rubbing issues
with the new wheels/tires. (which I doubt you will).
