Note: Unlike other Pirelli P Zero Corsa tires, the 215/45R17 87Y size features a unique tread compound molded into an 8/32” deep directional tread design. It is assigned a UTQG rating of 140 AA A.
An alternative might be the Michelin Pilot Sport Cup in 225/45-17 at $208 each but that runs a bit tall at 25.1" outer tire diameter and might rub a bit especially if your MINI is lowered. With Coil over suspension you can adjust ride height for clearance or trim the inner rear wheel wells with a dremmel tool. Tread wear is not as good as the PZero Corsa.

Another alternative is the Yokohama Advan A048
in 215/45-17 at $225 each

Available in medium and medium hard compound but wears fast.
