I've wanted these wheels for a while now. Back when I first picked up my car I remember seeing a picture of a silver S on superleggeras... then a few days ago I went to the tirerack website and they don't have the SLs for the Cooper... whats the deal? Does anybody know where else I can get them if tirerack doesn't have them?

 

Just wanted to inform you that we've had them back ordered since May 02 with OZ. As soon as the arive in the states, we'll be filling back orders. PS We actually have a Silver S car with these here, in 18 inch. Looks wicked!

Someone at one of Mid-Atlantic's meets has a dark silver S with those wheels....they looked fantastic! I know a couple people that have them on their VW's, but they just look so much better to me on a MINI!

 

Dan -what size tires were they running and what was the wheel set up, 18x? I think a set of these in black would be very tough looking.

 

P.S. Dan - Do you have any pics of the silver MCS with the 18's that you can post?

 

And can you let us know what the prices are for the Superleggera's ??

 

I would also like to know the price on some 17" Superleggeras. I am looking to purchase a set for my silver MCS.

Grinder...what size are those wheels on your MCS? Great pic.

 

Those aren't mine...dunno what size they are actually. Here's another pic of 18"s i think....

 

What's nice about the superleggeras is that they already come in a nice shade of brake dust.

 

grinder - does the second pic have springs and wheels or are the wheels just THAT big? Either way it is an awesome looking set-up. One of the best I've seen I just wonder how it rides. I've been looking at the 18x7.5 C-5 Hart wheels, but I like the gun metal color of these better.

 

Sorry, i wish i could tell you more about that pic. I jacked it from some post on MINI2.... I doubt i could even find it again without spending 20 minutes looking, so i can't direct you to the owner of that MINI. Sorry...

I only have tuner silver ( a higly metalic brighter silver) available. Me're hoping for 1st quarter 03. We have beeen waiting on Oz for quite a while. Its an awesome looking wheel for the MC, worth the weight. 16's are nice and light!

Can anyone comment on the 37 offset for the 17's (and 16's too I think). I imagine that there's probably no rub at the stock height using 205's but is there any room to lower without rubbing?
