Just bought this 2018 MCS n upgraded to the 18" mini 534 wheel. The car will stay at stock height n I'm interested in putting 225/40/18 vs the 215. The 534 wheel offset is 54mm. I don't mind using spacers for a flush look HOWEVER I DON'T WANNA RUB bcus its my daily driver. Has anyone upgraded to this wheel? The wheel is 7 inches wide as well.... any help would be appreciated. Can the wheel fit a 225 tire as well?

 

COME on.....nobody has tried putting 225 40 18 in tires on these wheels?

 

I have a JCW with the 534's. They came with 205's from the factory, I bumped up to 215's and they are really close to the front strut. Pretty sure 225's would rub.
