Which wheels to order if I'll be selling them anyway?

Which wheels to order if I'll be selling them anyway?

I'm ordering an 05 MCS and I'm trying to decide which wheels to get, either the 16" X-lites or the 17" S-lites. With the options I'm ordering the 17" S-lites are only $50 more if I get them as part of the Sports package. Either way I'll probably be selling the tires/wheels immediately since I want to put on a lighter/stickier combo. So which of the stock setups would be in higher demand in the aftermarket?

Thanks

If you get the X-lites in white, I am interested in buying them if the price is right.

Thanks, so I guess that's a vote for the X-lites!

I'll PM you if I go that direction and I'll open a thread in the marketplace when the car is on its way (Late Feb/early Mar).

I wish that they still offered the S-lights in the smaller size. I don't want the harsh ride and $$$ tire cost of 17"

Thanks for the replys.
It looks like I'll drop the Sports Package and get the options separately along with the X-lites. Its funny that the S-lites are a $500 upgrade to your order (if not in the Sports Package) but in reality the aftermarket values the no-cost X-lites more. I guess we're all savvy to the performance benefits of the X-lites.

I'll post to the marketplace when my car is in shipment.

The market puts about the same price on x-lites as s-lites but if you have keep one set the x-lites would be the best. And that's from an s-lite owner!

Agreed. But since I already have a spare set of X-lites & SSR Comps, I'll be selling the set off the new car right away.

I sure wish you could order the car without tires and wheels - but I guess they don't transport well that way. Something about dragging the car around on the axles/hubs causes some kind of a warranty issue.

I would just get the 17's and keep it in my garage until Im ready to sell the car. You'll probably get better money if you're riding on 17's than 16's
during your trade-in because the general public think 17's are better.

Sweet! R90's are pretty...if you put this on your car will sell even faster(whenever you decided to sell it).
