If you are looking for all season tires. try the Falken Ziex 512's. I have been very satisfied with them. So far they have lasted more than the factory Goodyear run-flats that i had on my MCS. A good 15K + miles compared to the 10,5K miles the goodyears have lasted.
In terms of Dry grip, your four tires ranked best to worst:
1) Kumho MX
2) ES100
3) tie between Ecsta 712 and HTR Z II (not the best choices)
Also consider the Parada Spec2, which is available in stock 205/45-17 size, and won't have rubbing potential like the ES100's or MX's

The ES100s are noisy and I think rather heavy. You might want to check tire weights before you buy.

It looks like I am leaning towards one of the Yoko's.
Thanks as always Ryan.
Yes they are. One of the reasons why I am not very thrilled with my
ES100 on my commuter. I want to get some ST115's and shut them up
a little. But they do grip quite well wet or dry...so, for your hobby cars
the ES100's will do just fine on the streets.

I've got the 205 45 17 Spec II's. They work very well on the road and when worn down, work well for autocross. A very good tire for street. I will continue to use them on the street but for autocross I'm going to 225 45 15 Avon R techs.
Not sure about the HTR Z II's, but I previously had ES 100's and contrary to what most here think, I'll not use them again. As far as I'm concerned they're slippery.
I now have Sumitomo HTR Z's in 215/45-17's. If you search Tire Rack or even the Sumitomo site, it won't come up as available in this size, but I have them. I think the dealer I buy through uses Tire Rack. They are very sticky. Treadwear is 160, I have 2200 miles on them, and I would guess from this point their wear will be similar to the ES 100's. IMO they don't look as good but they perform great.
With the ES 100's I ran the middle hole on my rear sway for the street, and the tight hole for AutoX. This weekend on my way home from an AutoX I forgot to change my rear sway and it handled well enough that I probably will stop changing it back and forth for street/racing. It used to be way too twitchy for the street in the tight hole. I'm no engineer or number cruncher but I attribute this to the tires. It's the only thing I've changed.
They're just a much better performing tire. Period. IMO.
Plus I think you'll find the price is right too.
