Compared to OEM 16" wheels those 3SDM wheels will poke out 42.1mm more and tire diameter is 30mm less than OEM. So yes it will fit.
215/45-16 will also fit and be 21mm less tire diameter than OEM.

I lost what little bit of tuck that I used to have with the 17s and there's more wheel gap, but I'm satisfied for the most part. I can afford to be a little lower, but my H&R Street coilovers are already set at their lowest.
