The combination not only perfectly complements any MINI's styling, but offers fitment, quality, and performance only possible through JCW. The balanced wheels with MINI JCW center caps and TPMS sensor arrive ready to mount - just top off with air and drive.

Made an order with Ecs today.

Most difficult order I have ever made.
Horrible customer service.

I live in Canada, but ship everything to North Dakota, drive down to pick up.
I do order a ton online. I have never had such an issue with the can billing usa shipping. They told me it would be a year of orders, before I could order without having to use PayPal. ( using pp doesn't bother me)

I was ording on the phone, because the site wouldn't let me do otherwise.
Trying to order this exact wheel tire set.

"Customer service " guy told me he didn't know if he could even sell them to me!!!
BECAUSE I HAVE NEVER ORDERED FROM THEM BEFORE!!! Awesome.

Finally, he agreed to let me be a customer of theirs. Then we got onto the actual tire selection. Told me there was three sets of run flats and one non.

I said I'll take the non run flats.
He told me I didn't have a choice. I would get whatever I got. I asked, if they have to actually pick them off the shelf, why can't they just pick the set I wanted???
He told me to hold on, then came back saying there were only run flats left.
Fine. Ok. Whatever. Just send me the wheels.

All in all... I have never had to deal with such a horrible person when ordering...

I ordered a set of studded tires 10 minutes before this call. Tiresbyweb.com was more than happy to have me as a customer. Even gave me 40 bucks off!

There are many choices these days. Retailers need to understand that.

Ecs contacted me. Really didn't say anything substantial.
I placed another order, guess I'm just a glutton for punishment.
