2016 F56 JCW
Enkei TS9 17x8 ET45 Grey (~19lbs)
Continental ExtremeContact DWS06 Plus 225/45ZR17
BC Racing BR Coilovers with DDC, near highest setting
Using the included BC Racing 4mm spacer up front due to 1.5 degree camber setting (this can be adjusted).
On stock suspension the wheels/tires fit without spacers.
Fronts poke out just a bit but it suits the car nicely IMO. Rears are a bit more flush, so I think I'll get either a 5 or 8mm spacer for them.
Gotta tell the wheel alignment people to be careful with placing the wheel weights as there is a millimeter or two clearance from the front brake caliper, and my original set of weights impacted the caliper.
Yes I know the car is filthy in the pics :/

O.Z. Ultraleggera 18x8 45et. The online calculators put the rim 1mm from the strut however the backspacing is almost the same as the stock 17x7 54et go figure. Hankook Ventus V12 EVO2 215/40-18
Wheel = 18.8 lbs. With tire TPMS, valve etc. 38.8 lbs (Stock 17x7 wheel & Pirelli RF = 43.6 lbs)

Nice wheels…
The 45ET, 8” wide wheels will fit a 225 tire nicely, which makes for a nice autocross setup. However, that size tire on these wheels is tight in the rear wheel wells with a bit of rubbing on the plastic liner…. These wheels with the 215 tires will fit the wells with no issues.
But I digress.
I can’t say for sure that they will clear the calipers. They look a lot like the Sparco Trofeo wheels I have (link) but with a little less depth to the spokes. Diameter wise, the 17” wheels will clear the calipers, but you may need to limit where the wheel weights are placed to clear the tangs on the brake pads, as I had to do (see link). The issue that I ran into was clearance to the spokes. There was only about 2mm of clearance between the spokes and caliper. I opted to add a 3mm thick spacer up front to ensure wheel flex would not cause any contact. I run my JCW on the track, so this was an important consideration for me.
As for the wheels you are looking at… I wish I could say that I have them and that they fit. But, no. I can say that they should fit on the diameter. But I can’t say for sure that they will clear the spokes. If that is tight, a spacer would be needed.
Sorry I can’t help more.

Cross post from the JCW wheel thread
Just got my new wheels sorted, they needed a bit more work to get the fitment right then I expected but I think the end result was worth it.
2023 JCW Hardtop
18x8.5" +43 König Ampliforms
225/40r18 Continental DWS 06 Plus tires front and rear
10mm spacer in the front for brake caliper clearance, no spacer in the rear
Silver project camber plates to add 1.5 degrees of additional camber up front so they don't poke out from under the fenders
The car is lowered on NM springs
No rubbing on this set up and it clears the front caliper by about 2.5mm.

I’ll say right up front…. I have not.
However, looking at the specs for the two cars, it should fits. We have access to Tire Rack which has a wealth of tire and wheel information. Not sure if you can access Tire Rack from there, but this is just an example of a wheel that they list as fitting the 2020 F56 Cooper S:
https://www.tirerack.com/wheels/Whee...dClar=Cooper+S
It is basically the same size (7.5 x 18, ET50 and same bolt pattern) as the Thrill Spoke you are looking at. So, based on that, the wheel should fit.
As for tire size - The diameter of the stock MINI 17” tire that came on the Cooper S is about 24.3 inches. A matching tire size with that diameter in an 18” would be a 205-40x18. However, the 215-40x18 would be a good match at about 24.8 inches and is a typical up-size. As noted in the above post and other previous posts, the 225-40x18 should fit.
Hope that helps.
Maybe someone will chime in and say they have actually done this.

I dedicated much time to reading this thread from post #1. As a result, I feel it is now my turn to contribute and give back to the community. I wanted to go with an OEM+ look so pulled the trigger on classic split-spoke/mesh wheels that were light.
Wheel/tire specs:
Neuspeed RSE12
19lbs
18 x 7.5", ET40
Kumho PS71 215/40/18
10mm Burger Motorsports spacers in the rear, so effectively ET30
Lowered on NM engineering Alpha springs
Fronts: +20mm offset from OEM wheels
Rears: +30mm offset from OEM wheels
Front sits nice and flush with a bit of poke. I wasn't happy with the rear stance so I added 10mm spacers to the rear. Clears front BBK and both front and rear struts. Bit of rub to the rear inner plastic fender lip but that was self-correcting after a spirited run . Other mods include NM engineering 22mm rear sway bar and Powerstop carbon ceramic brake pads as well for less dust.

Wheels: Enkei - TS9 - 17x8 (ET45)
Tires: Continental - Extreme Contact Sport - 215/45R17
Hub Centric Rings: Wheel Connect (from Amazon) 72.56 to 66.56
TPMS: BHSens with Black Metal Valve Stems
Spacers: 2MM Dinan Spacers (for front)
WEIGHT:
OEM Style 501 17" with HANKOOK- OPTIMO H426B HRS [Run Flats]: 46.6lbs
Enkei TS9 17" with CONTINENTAL- EXTREME CONTACT SPORT: 38.6lbs
I installed these wheels on my 2022 F56 JCW. As stated by other F56 owners with this same wheel, at stock height and with 215/45 tires, it'll clear the strut and front JCW calipers without spacers. However, it is REAL CLOSE to the JCW front caliper, about 1mm. I went with 2mm spacers to give a bit more space between the caliper and spoke as I plan to track the car.
POKE:
Rears: Are 5mm inwards from the fender (however, be warned that adding a 5mm spacer or more would reduce the hub lip contact to the hub centric ring by quite a bit, so that could lead to vibration)
Fronts: WITHOUT SPACERS, it looks pretty darn flushed to the naked eye (especially with the tire curving inwards), but upon measuring from the wheel's rim, it does poke 1mm out. Adding 2mm spacers will poke out 3mm and you will see it if you look dead straight, but honestly, at any other angle looks flushed
Absolutely love the look and noticeable improvement in ride quality and steering feel.

1: Was the reason for the 4mm spacer to clear the suspension?
EDIT: I just installed 4mm spacers. There was probably 1mm left on the hub to allow me to center the wheel and drive without any issues. Anything that's 5mm or thicker without hub extender, you wouldn't be able to accurately center the wheel causing risk of vibration. I've only seen 12mm (maybe 10?) or thicker that have hub extenders, but never 9mm or below.
