Purely on looks I was thinking of running oversized tires. I've posted about this before but thinking 215 45 18's. I've always thought the tires look too small on our cars. They looked good on the R56 but now I'm not sure.
Has anyone else done this. I know it will mean that the speedometer and odometer will under read by a couple of miles/hour etc.
A 45 series tire is super tall for modern cars. This site will help you out quite a bit
www.willtheyfit.com

It lets you compare the sidewall height and will give you clearance data. For instance, a 215/45/18 vs. a 215/40/18 tire will be 2.6" taller.

looks great. I think 18's will actually look better on the longer chasis than the standard.

I love my new nm eng wheels. Picture makes it look like it's sitting higher than it really is.

It is 28% all around with a 70% on the windshield. I'm in Florida so the windshield tint helps so much with our heat and it is almost impossible to tell that it's tinted because it's so light.

It is 3m crystalline so it adds a little more reflective look. The reflective really kicks in at angles, even slight angles, like the picture shows. Looking straight through the tint looks like an average darkness.
