Source for rear brake discs?
I've been doing a brake job on Tristan for the friend we sold him to. I've replaced all the pads, but the rear disc are a bit thin (8.6mm). They'll need replacing soon.
What would be a good source for rotors? OEM or better quality.

There are many vendors that sell OEM rear brake rotors.
You don't need anything fancy-
http://www.waymotorworks.com/tsw-rotors.html
http://www.waymotorworks.com/ate-pre...50-r53-52.html
From $100-109 for a pair of rear rotors.
Plain rotors are basic and functional, all the other stuff like drilled holes and slots is optional or cosmetic.

Since the rears are not vented....there is much less varrarion in quality and design....on the fronts some companies will skimp on metal making the wear areas thinner, using different vent designs to simplify machining, etc...but the rears are just a simple cast and machined part...
My car currently has Zimmerman rotors (german made)on the rear....but would have no qualms with centric premium either.

I would get plated rotors to avoid rust after a few months. I don't know if there is salt in your part of CA, or how picky the car owner is about this kind of stuff.
Have fun,
Mike

However, you can do MUCH better on price.
For example, tirerack.com lists your '07 Justa's rear rotors starting at $30/per (Centric Plain 125 Series). If you care to shop around on Amazon, the same part # (125.34094) can be found for $21.89/per.
There are plenty of other options for plain rotors on Amazon, in just so happens that I had bought a pair or Centric 125's rear rotors last year for my R56 MCS, and they fit and work perfectly.
The difference in cost from Amazon vs. "MINI Experts" is staggering.
