Get spinners, and no i'm not joking. Think about it, you're already buying heavy wheels, might as well get something nice with some wow-factor, some sprewell racing spinners would look pretty dope on a MINI.

i was looking into these wheels in antrhacite because i think they look sweet, but a couple things i didnt like where that they are really heavy, and the offset on a 17 is only 40mm and might rub when lowering the car.
Note: if you have stock suspension you will be OK for no rubbing.
If you have H-sport springs your max offset is up to 42 mm so 40mm is likely to rub in the rear. Rubbing may occur more or less with different tires. Yokohama ES100 has a square shoulder and may easily rub.
The same rim in 18x7 (25 pounds) or 19x7.5 (26 pounds) has a 42mm offset.
