Thanks. The search for my perfect wheel is over.

17 X 7.5 et40 on 205/45/17. Just a tiny bit of poke and stretch.

Indeed! The spacing seems so much more obvious now with new wheels haha. Not sure how much I want to spend to drop it however.

It must be just something about the way it's sitting - I see that the jack is out from under the car, but the rear is waaaay up.

it looks as tho right after he took the jack out from under car...then snapped pic.

...gotta release the parking brake or its sits bound up like that from being jacked...lol.

that bugs me almost as much as when folks wash the car...then snap pic of wheels...before driving back and forth a bit and braking to get the oxidation of the discs

...and needs to lower also

Too funny - I just washed up the MINI today since I'm headed out on a trip and ran it out on the road to get rid of that oxidation/rusty looking stuff before drying the wheels properly. It takes like seconds for that stuff to appear on the rotors.

BoRG's new boots!

My 17" OEM Dunlop RFs were almost toast (55,000km / 34000miles). I'd read too many posts to get another set of RFs but couldn't decide on Michelin Pilot Super Sport or Continental ExtremeContact DW. Both get great reviews & about equal numbers here like them both. What to do?

Here's what I got!

17" Breyton Race GTS-R Mini's with 215/45-17 Michelin Pilot Super Sports from TireRack.

I didn't need the rims but after seeing them here on NAM last Winter I just couldn't help myself

How do they drive?

Amazing service from TireRack delivering them to the Ogdensburg UPS Store for pickup in less than 24 hours!

17" OZ Leggenda in matte black on my R53. They have no center cap. A detail I missed when I ordered them. Still happy with the 'old skool' rally look.

So are the chromium black rims more like a grayish color because I'm looking at getting them but haven't seen them in person and can't picture the color. also how for out do the 8.25 rims poke out?

i LOVE them. they ride smoother than the stock suspension in my opinion. and mine are all the way down. highly recommend the h&r street performance coilovers for every day use.

I just got these Work vs-xx wheels installed. Got them used at a great price, repainted the faces (from black to silver) and re-polished the lips.
Wheel specs:
-18 x 7.5
-Staggered offset, front 45 (A disk); rear 39 (O disk)
Well worth the wait

That Cooper is looking good - nice list of mods, too.
Wish Megan did an exhaust for the R56...
