@Keano : Those gold RC's are wicked ! What suspension are you running ? Do you still hve the center cap or do you just prefer without it ?

Love the 16's. Somehow they look like the right size for the car. A 20 offset looks good too.

I'm looking at getting some wheels, the first set are "19x8/+42" the second set are "18x8/38"

Can someone give me an idea about the first set and how much they will stick out or if there will be rubbing and the same for the second.

Also it's a 08 MCS with I think sport suspension but stock non the less

Ask GeoBem007 on 18s:
http://www.motoringunderground.com/f...=16142&page=11

On 19s,if Alpha was able to tightly squeeze a set of HREs into an R53, should be easier in an R56:

Should you have questions, seek Rally (Rally@StanceDesign here). He's our stance & fitment guru:

My opinion doesn't matter, but I don't think 19's belong on a Mini, maybe on a countryman, but it looks out of place. 18's are pushing it too.

Now the r53s are smaller in comparison to the r56s right?

I know and we all have our own taste but I love how it looks from what I've seen, now.....20" wheels lmao that looks out a place. Lol it's like seeing those cars with 30s, 32s but without the lift just alil much lmao but hey we all have our own taste and some can look good but it's how it's done.

I want to keep with the spoke look, flat blk, with a nice lip.

That is why I like my 18x8 KYOWA EVOLVE matte black wheels. They are a simple mesh design with a nice 2 1/2" lip.

if there will be rubbing: will depend much on the tire size you get, on either set up.

..if you go for the 19's, it'll be interesting to hear back from you on how the ride feels...there will not be much rubber between rim & road.

I know they have these for the mini cooper in four lug but I seen that the r60 has their own set of r129s in 19"/7.5 or 7.

My question is would these fit on a 08 MCS with adapters of course but they stick out?

Thanks. There are no issues on the MINI with this setup. My homework paid off.
