I bought these really old wheels a couple months ago but never got around to mounting them, they are pretty heavy, about 17 lbs!
They are 15x5.5 for the snow
195/60 or 195/55?

175/65 would be a good choice for a winter set up and better selection of tires too.
A bigger/wider tire foot print can be counter productive for winter tires on a car weighing just 2400 lbs..... Not sure but going 195 on just a 5.5 wheel....could be pushing the envelope....
Nice looking wheel !
Here are some pretty good tire links: Tire Bible

!7lbs is pretty heavy for a wheel which would be fine for winter to help stick you to the ground a little better. I don't drive in snow so I am not sure tire size. But the wheels look good.
