So finally I decided to buy a new set of wheels, if I order from tirerack should i get the a new set of pressures sensors? do I need to configure my car computer?

 

Order them with the right sensor, if you tell them for which year/model they should get the right sort. Once you put on the new wheels you just need to reset the TPMS using the button the end of indicator stalk, the manual tells you how to do that.
