is there a ss brake line how-to??

I'm in the middle of upgrading my factory R53 front brakes to the (05-06)JCW or R56(2007+) calipers. The calipers I bought were actually from a 2009 MCS. Mounted the new rotors and calipers but the banjo bolt I got with my ss lines doesnt fit. I'm guessing the easiest solution is to get 2 banjo bolts from a 2009?? The kit also came with 4 cooper crush washers, now do they go on just the front? or front and rear?

What size line wrench is needed to remove the factory lines.

Doing the brakes and bleeding is no problem. It just when it comes to messing with the line....I seem like im in over my head...

to make things worse my right rear caliper wont go back in. The driver side was a breeze..... It just turns and turns. So my car is totally out of comission until I get the parts....
