Anyone make a conversion hose?

I have an R53 and I want to install R56 front brakes. Does anyone make a premade stanless hose for the conversion? I just feel a bit off about hacking up a set of break lines myself.

I'm sure I'll be corrected if wrong but aren't R56 fronts the same a R53 JCW fronts?

So just use JCW parts . . . ?
