Good Deal on JCW 18", should I buy?

Long story I picked up my mini from a bank on a repo. I did some googling and found some ads by the guy who previously owned it. He is selling some JCW R105 rims with bridgestone runflats (205/40/18) for $500. Tires are at around half and they have sensors. Seems like a great deal, but I am worried my ride will become very rough. I had a bad experience with an STi I don't want to repeat. These would be summer only wheels for me.

Is it worth it? How big a change would putting say non runflat 215/40/18's' make?

They will be a little bumpy compared to wheels with non-runflat tires, but it's a beautiful wheel and a good price. When those RFs wear out, replace them with conventional tires: they'll be much more comfortable and, depending on what you get, will be better handling as well.
