21.2 pounds.

I think so, BUT the bolt holes are only 12mm in diameter. This means your R56 14mm bolts won't fit. You'll need to convert to 12mm studs using a conversion kit.

What year is your r53? At some point the bolt switched from 12mm to 14mm. If you have the 14mm it is possible to get a conversion kit so that you can mount 12mm bolts.

If you have 12mm bolts like most R53 cars, then YES without any issue. Only the very last R53s (like the GP edition) had 14mm bolts. If you have 14mm bolts, you'll need a stud conversion kit.
