Does anyone know where to get extended bolts for the r56 mini? I have a set of 5mm spacers and am a little worries about how many turns the lug will get after i put the spacer on...

Pilo Racing also has spacers and bolts. Anyone know If I'll run into any problems with the 6mm spacers and extended bolts (besides wheel clearance)? I'm lowered on M7 springs and stock wheels.

Those Pilo spacers don't look too good IMO, you won't have much of the hub "centering ring" left. Get some H&R's, or custom, that are made for our hub bore size.

Thanks for the advice. The H&R are nice, but I'm not trying to spend a ton since hopefully the car will be gone soon anyway.

I also think I need to take a look at my wheel hub and see exactly how everything works as I'm a little confused about the whole 10mm thing.

i have a stupid question

I am getting ready to but a set of Stern 17 ST-8 (http://www.maxspeedperformance.com/x...ome.php?cat=54) and the center hub bore is 73mm I was trying to see if I will need a hub adaperter to center th wheel up. I can not seem to find the hub bore size, I want to go with the black Palo Uber lugs and Black Valve stems but I did not know if I should order the ring or not? Also what size tire should I run on them they are 17" x 7.5 215/40/1 with a H-sport spring set on the car already. Last question sorry to who ever started this post I just thought it would be a good place to ask should I run a spacer the wheel offset is 45mm? Thanks to everyone in advance
Got to love my G.W. Bush Stimulus package it has already been spent . and some!!!

PS. please PM with your reply they come to my phone Thanks

How does widening the rear track more than the front track affect the Mini's handling? I have experience with both reducing and widening the front-rear track and ratio on my C43; the car easily oversteers when the rear goes a good deal narrower that the front; too wide in the rear and the car gets 'sleepy'. ....but that's a rear drive car. So how does changing track and moreso front/rear track width ratio affect the Mini's handling?
...thanx much for any replies.

Love the look of the wider wheel stance, I have a 2011 Mini S and I am planning on puting on 15mm spacers/addapters (studs made in the spacer) by Eibach. Has anyone added 15mm, love to see a picture - rstewart31@***.net thanks..

I'm running 16mm spacers here: (sorry for the bad pic) but you can see how much they make the wheel pop out.

it's kinda late right now so I'll get a better pic up tomorrow hopefully.

Thanks Chili I had a little at first on the rear, it has settled in nicely now. I did sculpt the inside of the flares front and rear to make room. All's good now

Thanks Bugman It helps get rid of the cute look, especially on the cabrios. Then again, what car doesn't benefit from getting the stance right.

Don't really notice much difference after the spacers. After doing the coil overs, the car feels amazingly planted on the road.

Here is a quick pic of my car. I think adding spacers will really set it off.

I am ordering Eibach 15mm spacers/addapters, I like the idea of the studs being made into the spacer, much easier to change a wheel and I think it would be stronger. Another thing I would like to do is change my driving grill head lights so they work on both high and low beams, now they only work on the high beam, but I cannot find much info on that. If anyone reading this has info I would really appresheate your help!!
