I found a set of corsa white w/red lettering OZ Supperllegra's for 800.00. The owner claims they have never been used. They are 37mm offset. do I buy them?

What are you opinions? I will be putting them on my 2002 Electric Blue Cooper S. Will they hold up to potholes and such?

$800? They'd probably run close to $1200 new. My cousins got 'em on his WRX, no problems, does a ton a daily highway driving. I did hear one story of a guy with 18's damaging one though. They're 6 lbs. lighter each than my Prodrive's at 15.5 lbs, but for that price? I'd do it. You saw them on that Prestige JCW....look great. I like the red lettering as well.

I think I will need the Hubcentric rings for them from the Tirerack though.

Another option to the OZ Supperllegra's are the Team Dynamics Pro Race 1's at 16lbs.

Well they are on there way

They are new, never driven on. They had tires on them where mounted on the car and then taken off cause the previous owner did not like the tires and have been sitting around for ever.

I can't wait!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Doug

You are not alone, I have 4 sets of wheels sitting in my garage but three of them are for the race car. Only one
set is for the MCS. This does not included an additional two sets mounted on the cars of course.

Sometimes, I think I carry more wheels in stock than a typical tire shop.

The race car runs on Kosei K1s which I have been happy with so far.

Well they showed up today

I need to go get tires tomorrow or may order them from Tire Rack. Should I get Runflats or regular tires and carry a can of fix-o-flat?

run-flats are a waste of money if you have a cell-phone!
the wheels look fantastic!

Sweet wheels but drive careful! Those are on the fragile side and they dont make those anymore! I was going to get a similar set for the same price but I have the worst luck ever

Are ya gonna put the red stickers on?
