yup, Stance is EVERYTHING

you gotta be rocking wheels that run right up to the fenders, zero wheel gap, and have your front lip touching the ground if you want a good looking car

Ya buy that?
Nice try, but no.

BBS RK 17x7" et 42 with OE 205/45 Euforis (because I had them), needs BBS56 centering ring. TireRack said these didn't exist for Minis, but they do! Or did...

I'm sure it won't, but that was an expensive lesson in automotive aesthetics.

To be honest I like the stock S suspension. IMO It's not bad, on road or track also at speeds +100mph and even @ stupid parkin lots. havin serious back problems I'll leave what's left off of comfort. At least for now.
Speakin of sense of humour I'll forward your complaints to the BMW MCS Suspension Departament and OZ Racing. I only hope they survive. Ciao.

Personally I don't like his car but I feel we were kind of saying it with a wink, not that harsh that someone has to feel that he needs to say he's sorry.

But yeah, different strokes for different folks.

And about comfort, my car got more comfortable with my H&R coilovers.

Those R90's and Koseis are favorites of mine, and Konky's 5-lug Porsche wheels were, well, over-the-top for this ol' VW guy!

(I can't wait for more comments on "how'd you mount 5-lug Porschewheels on a Mini, aren't they 4-lug??!?" Think "high offset" and "4-5 lug adaptors"...)

I love those!

Now... winter's coming and the snows are coming out... 2 more weeks of 17's then 16's for a few months...

Brand new rims about to come out....

Anybody in the market for some great priced, lightweight 15" rims check out this link:

http://forum.miata.net/vb/showthread.php?t=206671

They are looking for some Mini owners in the Orange County, CA area to stop by so they can hang some wheels on your car for pictures.....

Too bad I live in CT..........

I'm looking at some nickel finshed ones in 225/45's for a set for autocrossing.

Niiiiice! I do like those five bolts for looks. It would open up some additional wheel choices. Spacer & adapter. Got it.

Take care,

Leo ... your red MC is still by far my favorite MC around these parts.

so where did you score the extra set of wheels from? I thought they were long discontinued.
