That's exactly what I thought. Even before I bought my MINI I thought about getting Panasports. My dad had Panasports on his Miata so it's something of a family tradition now.

I intended to have the spokes done in black while leaving a machined lip. That turned out not to be possible, so I went for all-bronze powdercoat instead. I think it's a nice retro look to go with the PW paint.

Thanks for the compliment!

Nice. I was going to get those wheels in 17x8 front/rear with a 35 offset but then I got into a fender bender and there went my money..

How wide did you go? Looks like you went staggered with 17x9 in the rear? And a 35 offset? Looks good!

It's retro the way the MINI is: a contemporary variation on the original. Panasports are a contemporary knock-off of classic Minilites, which were frequently gold in the olden days, and now bronze is a contemporary variation of gold.

Ya buy that?

Here are some quick shots of Dad's and mine "matching wheels"...

We'll wash the cars soon, we "promise"... I promise mine, can't speak for him... lol... And he needs center caps for his wheels.. Other than that, it's an exact match!

Take care,
Leo.

what size are those things? Your car looks to be 8 inches off the ground...did you raise the suspension?
