track day brakes

i just completed a successful track day at Moroso. when a friend asked my instructor what he thought of his first experience in a MINI, he replied, "that's not a car, it's a set of brakes w/ a motor." i'm running the TCE plus 4 (13") kit, poly h pads and 225/40/17 hoosiers. the car will stop right now! actually this wasn't my first instructor for the weekend as the first one puked after the first session and eventually asked to be reassigned (to someone who didn't have this awesome brake package). i highly recommend this combo to anyone who tracks their car hard. here is a video from three weeks ago at Sebring. this is the way to get past 996's.....http://s166.photobucket.com/albums/u...BOCSebring.flv

that is too funny

also sweet video, were those 911s tasty?

especially the turn right after 1:36 into the clip, that catching up undering braking is insane

that is awesome! i had one of those kits on order, but unfortunetly i have to get rid of my wheels, and the brake kit wont fit my factory wheels, so no big brakes for me! nice driving!
