Mike, out of curiosity, what is different about the Orrange console other than it’s not OEM?

 

it's different , I prefer the one I posted ,i like the look and the placement of the gauges better , some are to high in the line of sight when driving making them hard to read ,
theres other options out there , ebay has one for $35 that looks really good.
going to be running a boost gauge and a ethanol % gauge for a e30 / e50 tune

you'd be surprised what none mini enthusiast junk yards sell stuff for , and not to mention the stuff that gets thrown away ,
originally he asked for $50 for just the 2 gauges when i said i wanted the POD and harness he said $100 shipped ,
plus i got the rally lights from the same car for $50 .
ive had 2 sets of these before , but during COVID free money i was offered $500 a set , so i let them go .

 

oh i know. i’ve saved quite a few unicorn parts from the salvage yards. gotta have eagle eyes when you look at the cars online. i always zoom in on the interior dash and center console, those are the jackpot zones.
