You will need new tires for them. I would likely remove the existing tires and pack the wheels into boxes for shipping.

Check craigslist.org I see mini rims with winter tires locally all the time.. if u see some that are anit too far, I'm in Milwaukee and cover just my gas and maybe I can help with transportation of them.
