I Finally did it!!
It took me several tries but finally got it done. There are surely different methods but finally got a URL for my pics. I run Windows XP and have Yahoo as a home page. Using the provided photo album feature at Yahoo I uploaded the saved images from "My Documents" for instance.
I did have to resize the images and used Microsoft Picture it 7.0 Once it was uploaded I viewed the properties of the image. Here I finally found a URL address to "copy and paste" in edit signature.
Perhaps others may use a homepage that has a personal photo album and this may work for a solution.
