Suspension IE adj. camber plate Question
IE adj. camber plate Question
I just got the IE adjustable camber plates. (Which came with no instructions
) They came with three 3/16 ish spacers per plate. i didnt see a need for too much offset, so i put one spacer on, then the camber plate, then another space for a washer, then the main nut on. Before i put these under my car, does anyone know how many spacers i should be using

Ireland ships the three compliance spacers for different struts/coilover setups... To date, we've only ever had to use two - one between the upper spring perch and spherical bearing assembly, and one on top of the spherical bearing under the strut's top nut. This has always allowed plenty of movement with OEM style springs and on our Ledas, but Ireland has told us that other setups may require the use of two compliance spacers under the spherical bearing.
As long as the spherical bearing can rotate and move freely, you should be fine... It's important to use the right stack height so you get plenty of threads to spin the nut on, as well as providing enough freedom for the spherical bearing assembly...
I'm not sure why directions stopped shipping (although, they could have been a bit more explicit, anyhoo). We'll send a note to Ireland...
