Great to hear! Not sure why I was so taken back by the weight when I saw them last year. I am very weight sensitive with the RC sailboat thing.
No reason then why not to get these. On thought I just had, was your weight with all fasteners? The altas were weigh as per top photo.

well, this certainly tyrned out to be an interesting topic. Thanks for the info. I guess i might have to build my own set, using all sorts of weird tricks (like building my own sperical joints with tons of articulation...), hahaha.
