Anyone modified to adjust rear from INSIDE

Hello,

Has anyone done any drilling to be able to adjust their adjustable shocks / coilovers in the rear from the INSIDE ???

Any info or insight would be really apreciated

New coilovers on the way and they are adjustable from the top and have extensions.

I was with steve and brad when we tried this. It is a big problem because the top of the strut moves alot depending on ride heighth and other factors. In order for it to work, you would have to drill a huge hole. This isn;t even an option for me because of the HK amp in my passenger side compartment.

Another option is a remote system, but th logistics of making one are way out of my realm of understanding....

Thanks.

I could move the amp and I have an idea for the hole in the panel (something similar to the "disc" shift boot design)

I wish you luck. For AutoX most of the rest of us just set the rears on full stiff and forget about them. I haven't seen you at the local AutoX. Next event is this Sunday at Golden Gate Fields. What class do you run?

To me if you are making a hole, then make it a BIG hole. It's a sealed area so making a 2" hole is no big deal. It's a renforced area so it won't be weaker. Here are some picks.
