TEIN Flex For MCS?

I have been told that these units are now available for the MCS. I can't find them on their site yet though.
Any history on these units? They seem to be big in the Honda world so I figured there would be some history here.

Any thoughts would be appreciated

Coilovers.

I'd not heard of them but after a few quick searches I'd say they look very good. I didn't see any for the MINI but on those I found I saw (and liked):

- linear springs (I think)
- pillow ball upper mounts included
- front camber plates
- both height and damping adjustable
- 16 levels of damping force adjustment (compression and rebound together)
- Full-length adjustment and height adjustment for separate setting of the height and spring preload
- teflon coated
- compatible with their EDFC

All good stuff. No info on ride height min/max or spring rates since I didn't see anything MINI-specific. I'm also not sure about the rear damper manual adjuster location.

Here's a link with some (non-MINI) pics for S&Gs.

Yea they do look nice and they have a good reputation at one of the premier Honda shops around here but that's all I know.
Was hoping for some real world experiences.

Holy cr*p -- look at the spring rates on the Basic and SS coilovers -- 9 kg (504 lb) front and rear! Doesn't that seem a bit excessive for a street driven MINI?

Actually I didn't
I found that info after you posted. You r link prompted me to poke around teins site some more.
I swear there wasn't MINI information yesterday .
I probably just missed it.

I do like that they're linear rates. Wish there was info on the Flex product.

if they offer it at 250-280lbs/in for the MCS and EDFC compatible,
i would consider it. remember, im a TEIN fanatic since the very
first HA's hit the US back in 97. i was one if the first 6 people
in the US to get them.

i was one of the first 4 to get the ARC Ti strut bar for my G35C
too a few weeks ago.

but at the end of the day if they offer crap, i aint buying it.

Hey guys i really thought the rates on these were to high as well for a street driven and autox mini but i installed these a couple days ago and they are really not to bad . The rates are pretty much perfect for agressive driving and with the edfc system making your ride real smooth on cruising mode is a piece of cake. I strongly suggest you get a pair of fixed camber plates and rear controle arms as well , i installed these without them and i had no camber up front and -2 in the back wich is suppose to be the opposite but overall i really would go for these if you are looking for a set of nice coilovers

Meant to email them this morning but just got around to it.
They don't list a phone number. Don't understand that.

No email but a friend was kind enough to send me their CA office number.

They are not making and there is no ETA for a Flex system for the MINI.
So much for rumors

I'm new here but have a question. I am thinking about getting the SS, if there was a Flex that would be a lot better however it seems like they don't have one, and want to know if there are any camber plate that I could put on with the kit that I can still use the EDFC. Know of any???
