Yes! The upper rates available are at the limit of public road comfort, but are also, in my opinion, too light for pure track work.

Tell us about your track only units...

We've been debating whether or not to have this for the Mini Cooper because it is a heavily tracked car. Do you guys think it would be a good idea to sell this? Lemme know.

Hey Steve, this is mostly for you but anyone else feel free to chime in.

I just put on the coilovers, and I was eyeing the rear bushings on the top mount. I know that Madness is selling the polyurathane bushings.

http://www.mini-madness.com/index.as...ROD&ProdID=260

Would they be a good purchase for the top in back or should I stick with the OEM bushings?

Just to chime in. I think SRTech ordered ours from Webb Motorsports. I will know more tomorrow when we change out the top plates.

Sway Bar?!
Personaly, I would prefer a slider adjusting bar with a rate range somewhere between 17mm and 21mm. But, the bar should a be very light, hollow. I know, the heat treating process will make it expensive.

For my taste this is more useful on the street. I'll only be on the track a dozen times a year at most...zero autoXing.

Sway Bar is going into production this week. 25mm (Hollow) 5-Hole setup

We're going through construction options with the pillowball mounts but should see a prototype soon.

Nice-Proper use of the word. I figured it would give us the adjustability range of a Slider, but with an easier to install-setup process.

I'll let you guys know when they're protoyped and good to go.

I really hope these are in the works. I have the holes drilled but it's not easy to get my big hands in there to make adjustments. I'm definitely willing to punch a small hole through the interior plastic to mount an easily accessible adjustment ****.

The coilovers worked very nice this weekend. Put them to the test on the way back from AMVIV. The new swaybar that was put on also helped.

Very impressed with the Megan Racing Coilovers.

Yeah, I'm going through with these. I'm using the same type of construction as the old speed cables on cars. But only 8" long so there's no chance of binding.
