Torque Specs ??

DITTO

My bar came without instructions. Does anyone have the "official instructions". Was just curious what the torque specifications are?
Do not get me wrong, I already installed it but would like to be somewhat official.

Not official, but I've found two references on the web:

Looks like it's 34 Nm / 25 ft lb / 300 in lb
