Spring and Suspension??

I have 05 MCS. I wanan lower it for an inch. I am wondering if i should just replace the stock spring with a shorter one or change the whole suspension. Someone please help?

From what i've heard, most people recommend using H-sport springs which lowers the MCS about 1 inch. I personally recommend you to change the whole suspension if you have the money and is seeking for full track performance.
