Koni Sports "yellows" vs. Koni Coilovers

I am debating over weither I should get the Koni Sports or the Coilovers. I was initially planning on getting the Koni Sports with H-Sport springs. (ride harshness is not an issue for me) How does a coilover differ from a shock & spring? Does anyone know the spring rates for the Koni Sports, Coilovers, and the Koni Springs by themselves?

If someone could re-list the spring rates of the coilovers that would help some and the valving on the coilover kit's dampers.

I read that the Koni yellow is only rebound adjustable, so you only have
one given bound setting. for linear springs that's great (if you agree
with the given bound setting), but for progressive rate springs I still
prefer having the bound and rebound adjusted simultaneously at its
given ratio's.

Ofcourse separate bound/rebound adjustabilty would be ideal...but
cost is too high for street applications.
